    Ingredients

These biscuit roll ups can literally be made with the three ingredients below! It’s too easy not to make these!

This is a photo of the everything but the bagel seasoning, the fresh mozzarella cherry sized balls and biscuit grands on a white surface.
    • Pillsbury Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Grands Biscuits
    • Cherry Sized Fresh Mozzarella Balls
    • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

    See recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

    1. Open your can of biscuits. Using your hand, take one biscuit and pull it apart in the middle to make two thinner pieces of dough.
    2. Open the container of mozzarella, drain the liquid, grab one cherry sized ball and place it in the middle of your dough. Fold the dough around the ball and roll it in your hands to make a stuffed dough roll.
    3. Season with everything but the bagel seasoning, but try not to over season because the seasoning blend contains salt and will make the dough balls super salt. Roll the dough balls in the seasoning to help it stick.
    4. Air Fry for 300 F for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Hint: Because every air fryer is different, check in on your dough balls around the 14 minute mark. The top of the rolls will be golden brown, but you will need to carefully open or slice into a roll to make sure that the dough is cooked through on the inside. If the dough appears sticky, place back in and air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.

    Substitutions

    • Seasoning: get creative and switch up your seasonings if you would like!

    This recipe is vegetarian.

    Variations

    • Mozzarella – You can substitute mozzarella balls for cream cheese or cheddar.
    • Toddler and Kid friendly – This recipe is already kid and toddler friendly.

    Equipment

    Storage

You can store these rolls in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can also freeze these as well. All you need to do is place them in an air tight freezer zip lock bag for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy them, thaw them in the fridge overnight and air fry or microwave them to reheat.

    Top tip

When you are making this 3 ingredient biscuit recipe, make sure you try to get the mozzarella ball in the center as much as possible. Meaning, make sure the mozzarella ball is as evenly distributed with the biscuit dough as possible. This will help to make sure the rolls stay in tact while air frying and prevent the cheese from leaking out.
