This Pumpkin Spice Chia Seed pudding is not only absolutely delicious and festive, but extremely healthy. Chia seeds are nutrient dense, packed in omega-3 fatty acids (healthy fats), they have anti-oxidant properties, full of fiber to help with digestion and blood sugars and the best part? They turn into PUDDING all on their own with some added liquid of choice.
This pumpkin chia seed pudding is perfect for pumpkin season, otherwise known as fall! This chia pudding is perfect to enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack during the season and will help keep you satisfied for hours. It’s also really great to make ahead and great for meal prep for either you or your toddler!
